New Occupational Health Service for GPs and Dentists (SSLMCs May 2017)

The LMC has been asked to highlight the following information now available via the NHS England (South) website at:

This gives information regarding contacting Heales Medical Group; it also reiterates my earlier advice that this NHS England commissioned service is relatively limited in scope. Occupational health services for GP practice staff other than medical practitioners on the medical performers list (MPL) are not funded or commissioned by NHS England and are therefore a direct responsibility of the practice. The LMC continues to discuss this issue with Heales Medical Practices.
