High Glades Medical Centre ( St Leonards on sea) - GP role ( up to 7 sessions)
High Glades Medical Centre is an established large practice based over two sites:
Upper Church Road, St leonards on sea.
St Leonards Medical Centre, Filsham road.
We have a full mix of clinical staff to allow GPs to do what they are trained to do, focusing on problem solving and providing continuity to those patients who need it. Our supporting staff include:
- ANP /ACPs
- Pharmacy Team
- FCP Physiotherapist
- Care Coordinators
- PCN support staff
We are looking for GPs who want to continue to develop in a role that is adding to patient care and also be supportive to the wider team. On call participation is preferred in a supportive on call team.
Our salaried roles include dedicated development time to allow time to work on your quality improvement work and training. It is important that you feel supported at any stage of your career and we work together to ensure that.
We are very keen to complement people's often busy job roles with something a little different.
We also wish to continue playing a large role in training and service. At the practice we are particularly proud of:
- We are a training practice for ST GPs
- Many allied staff are undergoing higher skills training
- Specialist services for Neurodivergence
- Commitment to continuity within a large team.
We have established local leadership at PCN level.
