Following final confirmation from NHS England, we can confirm the 2025/26 Global Sum will be £121.79, representing an uplift of £9.29 [8.26%] on 2024/25 Global Sum value of £112.50.
- The OOHs deduction remains at 4.75%, representing £5.78.
- The QOF point value in 2025/26 will be £225.49.
We are awaiting final confirmation of the SFE leave reimbursements ceilings for parental, sickness and other leave entitlements.
The immunisation IoS uplift from £10.06 to £12.06 applicable to immunisations listed in my earlier letter will apply from 1st April 2025, and a new version of the Statement of Financial Entitlements will be circulated.
Although the LMC is awaiting final confirmation of the roll out of the Advice and Guidance Enhanced Service, and this is also dependent on the local ICB discussions, I would suggest, to be prudent, practices should start to code their Advice and Guidance requests in a searchable format from 1st April 2025. Again, and without in any way wishing to create hostages to fortune, I would suggest that colleagues may find the following might be helpful, that the:
Speciality to which the Advice and Guidance request is sent is searchable, and
The authorisation of the request is by a GP, and/or the actual originator of the request is a GP
We would also suggest that it may be helpful if Advice and Guidance requests to a speciality regarding patients who are concurrently on that specialist waiting list could be separately identifiable.
