GP Partner

Tattenham Health Centre is seeking a GP Partner to join our established training practice, providing care for approximately 8,000 patients in Epsom Downs, Surrey.

We provide strong continuity of care through personal patient lists, alongside a well-developed GP-led triage model. We are looking for a GP Partner who will contribute to the clinical and strategic development of the practice.

The position offers 4–6 sessions per week. We welcome applications from both experienced partners and GPs considering partnership for the first time.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality, patient-centred general medical services.
• Manage a personal patient list proportionate to sessions worked.
• Participate in the practice’s GP-led triage model.
• Contribute to clinical leadership, governance and strategic decision-making.
• Work collaboratively with the practice and wider multidisciplinary team.
• Support and contribute to the ongoing development of the practice and its services.

Requirements

• GMC registration with a licence to practise.
• Inclusion on the NHS England Medical Performers List.
• Experience of working in UK general practice.
• Commitment to continuity of care and high-quality patient services.
• Ability to contribute to the leadership and development of the practice.
• A specialist clinical interest, such as minor surgery, women’s health, children’s health or GP training.
• An interest in developing new services and improving patient care.

Tattenham Health Centre is an established GP training practice serving approximately 8,000 patients in Epsom Downs.

We have a supportive team of GPs, practice nurses, healthcare assistants and administrative staff, complemented by a multidisciplinary ARRS team.

The practice has a strong record of QOF and Enhanced Services achievement and received a 92% positive overall experience rating in the 2026 GP Patient Survey.
