Are you a GP looking for a practice where you can make a real difference, feel valued and genuinely enjoy coming to work?

We are looking for a passionate, caring and enthusiastic salaried GP to join our friendly and supportive team.

We are a busy but welcoming rural dispensing GP practice, serving around 5,400 patients across our local community. We pride ourselves on providing high-quality, personalised care and, wherever clinically appropriate, maintaining the opportunity for our patients to be seen face-to-face.

Responsibilities

Main duties of the job

• Deliver a mix of routine and urgent GP consultation (face to face and telephone as clinically appropriate)
• Manage a broad range of acute and chronic conditions
• Provide appropriate prescribing, investigation and referrals
• Ensure safe and effective clinical decision-making and safety-netting
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical records
• Work collaboratively within the multidisciplinary team
• Participate in clinical meetings and practice development activities

Requirements

We are looking for someone who is

• A fully qualified and registered GP
• Caring, approachable and passionate about patient care
• A good communicator who enjoys working as part of a team
• Committed to providing safe, high-quality clinical care
• Enthusiastic about contributing to the continued development of the practice
• Someone who will bring their own personality, experience and ideas to our team
