Job summary
We are looking for an enthusiastic, patient-focused salaried GP to join our clinical
team for 3 sessions per week on a fixed-term contract. We are flexible on the start and finish times of these sessions.
Why join us?
At our practice, we’ve invested heavily in developing innovative workflows and
multi-disciplinary teams that enable our GPs to spend more time caring for patients
and less time on administration.
Dedicated workflow team
Our experienced workflow team significantly reduces GP administrative workload by managing: clinical documents, private letters, forms and reports, referral
processing. This allows our GPs to focus their time where it adds the greatest value —delivering excellent patient care.
Experienced clinical pharmacist team
Our established pharmacist team provides extensive clinical support, including:
- Structured medication reviews
- Discharge medication reconciliation
- Shared care agreements
- Consultant medication change management
- Patient initiation
- Monitoring for hypertension and cholesterol management
By sharing clinical responsibilities across our multi-disciplinary team, we create a
sustainable and rewarding working environment for our GPs.
Responsibilities
Your session will consist of twelve patient facing bookable appointments & one home visit, but how that flows is designed by you; start time, finish time, admin time and
appointment length. Its important that you have a set-up that works for you and your individuality.
You may be rostered to work one Duty Doctor day a fortnight, where we use Rapid Health to triage our online requests. This creates a reduced Duty Doctor inbox, as 65% of our medical request queries are managed through digital triage
