Job summary
At Saxonbrook Medical, we’re redefining the role of the modern GP.
We believe your time is best spent caring for patients not buried in paperwork. That’s why we’ve invested heavily in innovative digital systems, an exceptional administrative team, and a highly skilled multidisciplinary workforce, creating a practice where GPs can focus on delivering outstanding clinical care.
Our expertly trained administrative team manages much of the non-clinical workload, including correspondence, document management, workflow optimisation, signposting, and other routine administrative tasks, significantly reducing bureaucracy for our GPs.
Alongside this, you’ll be supported by an experienced multidisciplinary clinical team, including Physician Associates, Paramedics, Practice Nurses, Advanced Nurse Practitioners, Healthcare Assistants, Clinical Pharmacists, and other specialist clinicians. This collaborative approach ensures patients receive timely, high-quality care from the right professional, while enabling GPs to focus on complex clinical decision-making and continuity of care.
You’ll join a forward-thinking practice that values innovation, teamwork, and clinician wellbeing. Whether you’re looking for flexibility, genuine career progression, leadership opportunities, or a more sustainable way to practise medicine, Saxonbrook Medical offers an environment where you can thrive.
If you’re passionate about delivering exceptional patient care and want to work in a practice designed to support not overwhelm its clinicians, we’d love to hear from you.
