The Crouch Oak Family Practice is seeking an enthusiastic, compassionate and motivated GP to join our friendly and forward-thinking team in a salaried role, working 4 – 6 clinical sessions per week.
This role offers an excellent opportunity to become part of a well-established training practice that values teamwork, innovation and professional development. The successful applicant will contribute to our core general practice services, with flexibility to participate in some Enhanced Access evening and Saturday sessions.

Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality, patient-centred care within a modern General Practice setting
- Undertake routine and urgent clinical consultations using our established patient triage model
- Maintain accurate and contemporaneous clinical records using EMIS Web
- Participate in clinical meetings, educational events and Practice Learning Time (PLT) sessions
- Work collaboratively within our multidisciplinary team to support excellent outcomes for patients
- Contribute to Enhanced Access provision through a small number of evening and/or Saturday sessions (to be agreed)
- Engage with quality improvement activities, teaching opportunities and Practice developments where appropriate
Requirements
- Fully qualified GP with inclusion on the GMC General Practitioner register
- Inclusion on the NHS England Performers list
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Commitment to delivering safe, high-quality, patient-focused care
- Ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team
- Newly qualified GPs are encouraged to apply; mentoring and support are readily available

Located in the heart of Addlestone, Surrey, just minutes from the M25, The Crouch Oak Family Practice is a thriving and progressive GMS Training Practice with a list size of approximately 17,000 patients.

- Approximately 17,000 registered patients
- Five GP Partners
- Thirteen Salaried GPs, including retained doctors
- Experienced Nursing team
- Advanced Nurse Practitioner and Advanced Paramedic Practitioners
- Established Clinical Pharmacy team
- Dedicated and experienced Administrative team led by an approachable and supportive Practice Manager
- Active Research Practice involved in delivering research opportunities to our patients
- Successful GP Training Practice, supporting GP Registrars, nurses, paramedics, pharmacists, pharmacy technicians and apprentices
- High QOF achievement
- EMIS Web clinical system with a full patient triage model
