Job summary
We are looking for an enthusiastic, patient focused salaried GP to join our supportive team in April 2026. The successful candidate will provide high quality, holistic care to our registered population and contribute to the ongoing development of our services. The current vacancy is for two sessions on a Wednesday with additional sessions available throughout the year.
Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality primary care to a registered list of 6,000 patients via face-to-face, remote, and home visits
- Manage acute and long-term conditions; prescribe safely and refer appropriately
- Work collaboratively within the practice, PCN, and MDT, sharing workload equitably
- Maintain accurate records and contribute to governance, safeguarding, prevention, and CPD
Requirements
- GMC registered GP with inclusion on the GP Performers List
- Commitment to high standards of clinical care
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Team player with a proactive, positive approach
- Interest in quality improvement and service development
