Job summary

Responsibilities

Provide high-quality primary medical care to a registered population of around 19,700 patients, including diagnosis and management of acute and long-term conditions. Deliver consultations face to face and remotely, prescribe safely, and refer appropriately. Work within a multi-disciplinary team and PCN, support preventative care and safeguarding, maintain accurate records, and contribute to clinical governance, NHS contractual requirements, and ongoing professional development.

Requirements

  • Applicants need to be registered with the GMC -GP register (UK)
  • On the Performers List
  • Hold a clean enhanced DBS
  • Excellent spoken and written English
  • Committed team-player who thrive in a forward-thinking practice
  • An understanding of NHS frameworks and clinical governance
