An opportunity has arisen for a Salaried GP (6 sessions) to join our team in Merrow Park Surgery, just outside Guildford.
Working pattern : Tuesdays, Thursdays & Fridays.

A salaried GP role affords a significant opportunity for quality improvement or medical leadership and developing your own clinical interests.
Our vision for the practice, our staff and patients, is only achievable and sustainable, if clinicians have reasonable workloads, supported by excellent organisation and teamwork, which if necessary challenge secondary care models or patient expectations of GP service delivery.
Our clinical team meet daily informally over lunch, and more formally in weekly extended lunchtime Monday meetings. Meeting notes are available for colleagues not present.
BMA model contract including 30 days holiday/2 NHS days pro rata.
Competitive salary including paid medical indemnity.
Responsibilities
In this role, the GP will be responsible for delivering high-quality, patient-centred care to a diverse population, collaborating closely with a multidisciplinary team to provide holistic healthcare solutions.
- Provide high-quality patient care through appointments, home visits, and results management
- Prescribe safely and manage clinical correspondence
- Participate in clinical/practice team meetings
- Maintain accurate patient records using EMIS Web
- Contribute to a supportive, professional practice environment
The successful candidate will actively engage in clinical meetings, audits, and quality improvement initiatives.

- GMC registered with a licence to practise
- On the NHS England GP performers list
- Committed to high-quality, patient-centred care
- A positive team player with good communication skills
