We are seeking enthusiastic and committed GPs who are keen to develop their careers while contributing to high-quality patient care and supporting the wider team. In particular, we are looking for a GP with experience or interest in patient triage. We welcome applicants who are already confident in this area, as well as those who would like the opportunity to develop their skills further with our support.

Participation in the on-call rota is preferred, and you will join a supportive on-call team. Our salaried GP roles include dedicated development time to support your quality improvement projects, training, and professional growth. About us

High Glades Medical Centre is a large, well-established practice based across two sites:

  • Upper Church Road, St Leonards-on-Sea
  • St Leonards Medical Centre, Filsham Road

We are a forward-thinking practice with a full mix of clinical staff, enabling GPs to focus on what they do best: problem-solving and providing continuity of care for patients who need it most.

Our team includes:

  • ANPs / ACPs

  • PCN Support Staff

Benefits package

  • Competitive salary: £9,300.00 – £10,400.00 per session, depending on experience
  • Additional earning opportunities available through extended services and projects
