Sarah joined Surrey and Sussex LMCs as Director of Practice Manager Liaison in November 2019. They provides support to practices across all five LMC areas, addressing a broad range of issues. Their background is in Practice Management and Business Administration, with a particular interest in organisational development, cultural & strategic change management, and promoting the importance of wellbeing for our leaders.
