I am a new Quality Lead which is a role funded by PCPC Sussex and hosted by Surrey & Sussex LMCs. My focus will be on supporting Sussex GP practices prepare for CQC inspections.
I am a registered nurse and previously worked at Surrey Heartlands ICB, supporting GP practices and other providers with a wide range of quality-related issues, including preparing for CQC inspections. Before that, I was a Clinical Services Lead for a hospice and Education Lead at the Royal Hospital for Neuro-disability in Putney.
I have a particular interest in multiprofessional education and enjoy seeing practices grow in confidence as they strengthen their quality improvement processes.
Outside of work, I enjoy walking my dog and exploring the beautiful Surrey countryside.
