GP Salaried

Job summary

We are a dynamic, friendly, 8,700 patient training practice and are looking for a salaried GP to join our team of five partners and six salaried doctors. You would need to be able to hold a practice list and we would need the applicant to be able to commit to working all day Friday, and ideally a session on Tuesdays and Thursdays but these could be negotiated. We would be interested to hear from a GP at any stage of their career, including recently or newly qualified GPs.

Responsibilities

We are a SystmOne Practice using the total triage model with the e-consult platform. Sessions have 13 patients maximum with a mix of phone calls and face to face appointments and you will work approximately one duty session (half day) per week.

Requirements

We are offering a supportive package with mentoring to help someone starting off in practice or returning to practice after a break. The salaried GP post is for four sessions a week and there is potential for future partnership and for pursuing any special interests.

About us

Supporting the whole practice team is very important to us and we have a daily morning huddle, weekly clinical meetings and lunch together every day. We are busy but have put in place lots of techniques to take the pressure off the doctors while providing excellent patient centred care.
