A rare opportunity to step into a part-time Practice Manager role in a small, friendly patient-centred surgery. We are seeking a person who shares our ethos of maintaining a caring compassionate environment for the benefit of both staff and patients.

The post is part-time 10 – 15 hours per week.
Responsibilities
As Practice Manager your responsibilities will include compliance, HR, CQC, contract and QOF management, payroll oversight and finance, partner liaison, complaints, premises maintenance etc. Crucially, you will have the support of a dedicated team, including an experienced Deputy Practice Manager.
To support a smooth transition, our current Practice Manager, who has been with us for 18 years, will provide a comprehensive handover. She will also be able to return after a sabbatical to provide ongoing consultancy support. This will ensure built-in mentorship and continuity.

About us
The Orchard Surgery is situated in Spelthorne Surrey/Middlesex border on Feltham Hill Road, Ashford. It is close to Staines, Sunbury and Kingston near the M3/M25. It is a highly regarded, patient-centred practice with a list size of circa 3,200 patients. We have a settled team with low staff turnover, an established Deputy PM and supportive Partners.
