Lindfield Medical Centre is a forward thinking, welcoming and friendly practice and we have an exciting opportunity for a 6-8 session salaried GP to join our team.

We operate from one site in the village of Lindfield, West Sussex. Our list comprises 10,800 patients. We seek to maintain traditional personal list family medicine, whilst at the same time embracing technology and moving forward. The Practice started total triage in Sept 2024 and we have a Duty Doctor who triages each day. We have dedicated in house care for diabetes, minor surgery, coils and implants, postnatal and baby checks, joint injections. We have a recall system for our long-term condition reviews.

We have an experienced and stable clinical workforce with a keen focus on high quality patient care. You will work as part of a multidisciplinary team comprising of GPs (2 partners, 5 salaried), 3 Nurses, 3 HCAs, Senior Clinical Pharmacist, Pharmacy Technician, Social Prescriber, OT and Care Co-ordinator amongst other highly valued administrative teams. We are a close knit team – many of our staff have been here for several years. We are now a training practice – we currently have one ITP ST trainee and are looking to develop our training further in the future (room space permitting).

Responsibilities

We are looking for a salaried GP to do 6-8 sessions over 3-4 days ideally Wednesday, Thursday and Friday. We would consider salaried with a view to partnership.

Requirements

  • Qualified GP
  • MRCGP
  • Full GMC registration
  • On NHS national performers list
  • Experience of working in a primary care environment
