Sarah joined Surrey and Sussex LMCs in November 2019 as Director of Practice Manager Liaison. In this role, she supports practices across the confederation on a broad range of operational and strategic matters, offering practical advice, insight, and support to Practice Management leaders navigating the challenges of modern general practice.
With a background in Practice Management and Business Administration, Sarah brings extensive experience and a strong understanding of the realities of working within General Practice. She has a particular interest in organisational development, cultural and strategic change management, and the promotion of wellbeing, recognising the important role these play in building resilient and effective practice teams.
Sarah is passionate about championing the role of Practice Management and ensuring that leaders in general practice feel supported, valued, and connected. She welcomes contact from those who feel they would benefit from LMC support, and believes that no question is too small.
