Surrey and Sussex LMCs have arranged a meeting to discuss alignments of the CCG and Hospital Trust, and the proposed merger of CCGs across SWL and how this will affect you and your Practice.
Tea/Coffee and biscuits will be available from 5.30p.m for a prompt 6.00p.m start and guillotine finsih at 8.00p.m
Attached is a flyer for you to circulate within your practice to allow the relevant representatives to attend.
