We want everyone in our team to be performing well, and high performance is only achieved by providing what people regard as rewards.
One method of motivation will not encourage everyone in your team.
Everyone has something that makes them feel motivated. It is the manager’s job to find out what that is and offer it in a workable way.
Motivation is a continuous process and it doesn’t happen by accident.
What are the implications of this for you as a manager? This workshop will help you consider the expectations of everyone in your team and offer a variety of motivation methods and activities to help you support your colleagues and deliver better service and business outcomes.
