Dealing with conflict when it happens, and addressing the root causes of conflict at the earliest opportunity, can ultimately save you time and money.
This workshop will explore the causes and effects of conflict within a team at both an individual and organisational level. We will explore the different ways people react to conflict and how this can ultimately affect productivity within the Practice.
Our aim is to give delegates the skills, knowledge and confidence to identify issues earlier and to deal with conflict more effectively.
